Confirming Reservations
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of one night's room rate for accommodations will confirm your reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made. Payments may be made by check, Visa or Mastercard. Checks should be made out to "duPlooy's" and mailed to: Box 180, San Ignacio, Cayo, Belize.
Cancellation Policy
What if something comes up and you need to cancel after you have already paid in full? If the cancellation is within 45 days of your arrival date, and we are able to resell your room(s), you will be refunded all but the deposit.
Discounts
There is a 20% discount on Standard Room Rates from June 1 through November 30. This discount is effective until November 30, 2009.
