Our Standard Room Rates (Bed & Breakfast) include continental breakfast, free coffee and tea on the deck for guided early morning birding, unlimited entrance to Belize Botanic Gardens with self-guided booklet and unlimited use of canoes and inner tubes on the property.
The Bed & Breakfast rate is for those who want to make their own way in Belize, or who just want to hang out at duPlooy's. You are welcome to join duPlooy's activities and tours and eat all your meals with us, and if you do you should consider our Create Your Own Package deal to see how much you could save by going "all in". For groups of ten or more, we recommend our organized group packages.
duPlooy's offers a variety of rooms to
suit everyone! All accommodations have ceiling fans, screened windows and porches (with hammocks). At certain times of year Belize gets very
hot (we are in the tropics) and we
have no air conditioning at duPlooy's.
While this is not a problem for most people,
we do ask all those planning to visit to
take this into consideration before booking.
Remember: you can always cool off on our
beautiful Macal River Beach or enjoy a cool
drink at our canopy bar!

This two-story house, surrounded by beautiful jungle at the end of our boardwalk, is equipped with a king-sized bed in one bedroom, a double futon in the other (extra beds are also available), a bathroom with jacuzzi upstairs, and bathroom with large bathtub downstairs, huge wrap-around porches on each floor, plenty of hammocks, tables and chairs. Sleeps 4-8 people.

Your own private bungalow nestled in the jungle with a king-sized bed, double futon for extra people and porch with hammock. Our most comfortable rooms for couples, but can sleep up to four people.

Our original rooms, set side by side
in groups of three, are very spacious
and comfortable. Each room has two
queen-sized beds, a private bathroom and a screened porch with hammock. Sleeps
2-4 people very comfortably.

Did you ever think of bringing your mother-in-law on vacation? These 2 rooms consist of a regular sized jungle lodge room connected to a smaller room. The large room has 2 queen-sized beds and the smaller one has two futons. The bathroom and porch are to share, but they each have private entrances. Sleeps
up to 7 people.

Both of these suites are very comfortable for families, for friends traveling together or small groups. Combine both suites for larger groups. The Macal Suite has
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and porch, the Mopan Suite has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private living room and porch. In total the entire Belize River House has
7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 porches.
